In your AdThrive dashboard, click on your initials in the top right corner and select "Account." You'll be taken to the "My Account" page, where you can update your address details, update your payment information or choose a different payment method, or submit a new tax form.
You can change or update your payment method on the second tab of the My Account page:

What if I have more than one site with AdThrive?
If you have more than one site with AdThrive, you will need to update your payment method for each site separately. Select the site you want to update from the dropdown menu, then navigate to your account page to update your payment method for that particular site.
